Virtual Event Giveaway – Official Terms & Conditions

Eligibility. The giveaway is open to legal residents of California who are at least 18 years old. The prize must be redeemed at one of the participating TTWD locations identified above. Travel and transportation to and from a participating location are not included. Employees of TTWD are not eligible.
Prize. One (1) complimentary Onda treatment session for the back of the arms. Valued at TTWD’s standard retail price for one Onda session for the back of the arms Onda. Onda is a non-invasive body-contouring treatment that uses microwave energy to target localized fat deposits, improve the appearance of cellulite, and promote skin tightening. Treatment results may vary, not guaranteed, and are subject to medical eligibility and clinical evaluation.
No Purchase Necessary. No purchase or payment is required to enter or win. Purchasing an event package or any other product or service will not increase the chances of winning. If the event includes paid attendance, TTWD will provide a free registration option that allows eligible participants to attend and enter the giveaway on equal terms.
How to Enter. Eligible participants must complete the virtual event registration by the entry deadline and attend the event live using their registered information. Each eligible attendee will receive one (1) entry. Limit one entry per person, regardless of the number of registrations or purchases.
Winner Selection and Announcement. One (1) winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries and announced during the live event on the event date stated above. The selected participant must respond within two (2) minutes after the host first announces the participant’s name, either by unmuting and speaking or by sending a message through the event platform’s chat using the name AND email address associated with the participant’s registration. The host will announce the response deadline during the event. If the selected participant is absent, does not respond within that two-minute period, or cannot be verified as the selected participant, the participant will be disqualified and another eligible participant may be randomly selected. The same response period and procedure will apply to each alternate selected.
Winner Notification. The winner will receive an email following the event with instructions regarding scheduling, redemption, and participating TTWD locations. The winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours. If the winner fails to respond, then TTWD will select an alternative eligible participant. The same response period and procedure will apply to each alternate selected.
Prize Redemption and Expiration. The prize must be redeemed within ninety (90) days following the event date, subject to appointment availability and applicable law. The prize is valid for one (1) Onda treatment session for the back of the arms only and cannot be applied toward other services, products, or purchases.
Medical Clearance and Consent. Redemption is subject to a clinical consultation, evaluation of medical eligibility, and completion of all required treatment consents. TTWD’s qualified healthcare provider must determine that the treatment is medically appropriate before services are performed. If the winner is not an appropriate candidate, TTWD may offer an alternative prize of comparable value, subject to applicable law.
Prize Restrictions. The prize is non-transferable, has no cash redemption value, and may not be combined with other promotional offers or discounts. No substitution is permitted except at TTWD’s discretion or as required by law.
General Conditions. TTWD reserves the right to verify eligibility, disqualify fraudulent or duplicate entries, and modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway when reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control, subject to applicable law.
